2. Select the prescription type, type of lenses, material, and any additional lens enhancements.

3. Review your selection and select "Add prescription". If necessary, sign in or create a new Walmart.com profile.

4. Upload a clear image of your prescription or take a photo ensuring all pertinent details are visible. The patient's name, prescription, prescribing opticians' information & signature, & dates of issue, or exam date must be visible when uploaded.

5. Enter your pupillary distance (PD) manually or select Measure Now to use your device's camera to have us measure it for you.

6. Once satisfied with your choices, add your customized glasses to the cart.

7. Proceed to checkout, and upon placing your order, expect confirmation emails for both order placement and shipment.

You need a Walmart account, and non-expired eyewear prescription. Prescription requirements vary by state.

Shipment of prescription eyewear orders are not available to the following states and territories: California (CA), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Hawaii (HI), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Washington (WA), and Puerto Rico (PR).

At present, only single-vision lenses are offered. Progressive and bifocal lenses will be introduced in the future.

Additionally, you can purchase a 12-month replacement guarantee at a Walmart Vision Center within 14 days of your purchase. This guarantee is not available in Florida, and Puerto Rico.
