Bought this book for my son, since I'm a big James Patterson fan and tried to see if my kids would enjoy him too. My son, is only eight, but a pretty good reader, and he totally identified it, chuckled a lot, and wanted the second book as soon as possible. Highly recommend this book - kids can identify and have fun, while learning language structure.

Customer service has to resend my book. I didn't recieve the book when promised. Lot in mail. Would rather of had sent to a store to pickup next time.

the last book of maximum ride is like a tornado to the heart of all fans. i needed to read this book yet i dreaded the ending. this always happens when i get into a series but this was far more strong. i felt like i needed this series and right now remembering the books and also just typing the name hurts my heart. i was a fan of BOTH fang & dylan. dont get me wrong i was SO mad at fang for just leaving max and then defending \"maya\" but he was still fang. this book had my heart pounding the entire time and actually yes, made me cry. i will buy these books and re-read forever. but it wont be the same. R.I.P. my dear favorite series ever; MAXIMUM RIDE <\/3

I've heard great things about the books, so I wanted to read them for myself. let's just say, I can't put the book down :) It's that good!

James Patterson has done it again.\n\nHe met the genre of the plot with a twist that will make you open your mouth so wide, your lower jaw will hit the floor.\n\nVery riveting, mysterious, suspenseful, and thrilling. It will leave you wanting more after you finish chapter after chapter. And once you finish the whole thing, you'll be left wondering:\n\n\"Could I kill my parents...?\"

as usual patterson has come out with a book that will make an interesting series for both adults and teens. I read it in 1-1\/2 days (sorry had to do chores, lol).

It is just as good as all the rest of his books, excellent.

\"The Gift\" is an excellent book. This book is the 2nd in a series. Having read other books by James Patterson, including the 1st in the series, I had high expectations. I was not dissappointed. The book was fast moving. My only complaint being that the book leaves you hanging at the end. I can not wait until the next in this series comes out. Rather than being about witchcraft, this book is mainly about friendship and loyalty. I highly recommend it as a book for all ages. If you (or your kids) like Harry Potter, they will love this series.
