excellent tire for the price. very quiet and smooth. not bad looking either. only gripe is that Nexen has zero customer service skills, at least do not try to email them as they do not reply but this is not taken into considering for the review. Great tire, questionable service.

I was researching the best tires at the lowest price when I came across the Nexen brand. At first I figured they were just a cheap tire, low quality. Then as I read the specs and all the reviews, I became really interested so I checked the background of the company. To make a long story short, I ordered 4 tires for my daughter's 2002 Honda Accord about 2 months ago. They arrived at the local Wal-Mart in about 3 days and they immediately installed them. She has gone through 2 snowstorms and an ice event with no problem at all !! She said her Honda has never handled that well in snow and ice with previous tires! !! Best $62 tire I have ever seen!! I would order a set for my Buick but, so far, can't find my size on line.

These tires exceeded my expectations. I was leery on getting these tires from a brand I had not heard of, but when researching I saw a favorable amount of reviews on multiple websites. I believe the negative comments are due to individual tire issues and\/or workmanship install issues.\nThese tires give me a quieter and smoother ride than my Toyota Corolla's factory Goodyear EAGLE RS-A tires. A LOT better!!\nThis tire has a 60k pro-rated warranty where my originals had only 'workmanship' warranty.\nI also bought the $10\/tire road hazard warranty and already had a construction-zone created flat which was covered.

tires are nice and quiet and hug the road good. the only thing i didnt care for was the 8$ charge per tire to balance them at the store. i always thought balanceing was part of the mounting process. who knew.

These tires are terrible in winter and also they offer a harsh ride and a lot of road noise and seem to wear fast. When i Switched to Bridgestone serenity Plus the ride and everything else was twice as wetter.

I used these tires to replace the original tires on a Nissan Altima. These tires provided far better handling and traction than the originals. They initially produced slightly more road noise but after a couple trips the road noise doesn't seem any more than on the originals.

Ordered the tires and had them shipped to my local store. The store took nearly an hour to serve me, get my keys and put my car in queue to have the new tires put on.\n\nThe tires are awesome, and a great value for the money. They ride smooth and quiet, and have held traction great in wet conditions. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for new rubber.

I just bought a set of these to go on my 2006 f-150. 275\/55\/20. They ride great. Only had them on for two weeks but so far so good. Stop paying a lot of money for overpriced locals in your area, they're ripping you off. Cut out the middle man, save money and go straight to the source.

I bought a set of these for my '97 Saturn. I needed new tires that were not very expensive as this is just a second car. They handle well, are quiet and smooth. I do not have very many miles on them yet, so I am not sure how long they will last. Wal-Mart had the best price on new tires that I found, ordered on line then had them installed at the store. These tires are made in Korea.

I own a 2009 Chevy Malibu, and heard that walmart.com had some excellent pricings for tires for my car. The car calls for 215\/55r17's and I decided to go a little lower profile with the Nexen N5000 p215\/45r17's. Totally great price for a set of 4 tires, however if you plan on going off of the specific callings for tire size chart for your vehicle, do not even come back to have Walmart install your tires. They have the crappiest policies in regards to tire installation its totally ridiculous. I can say that when I went and bought the tires off of the website, that they were in stock the very next day which one of the only 2 pluses for this deal next to the price. When I get to the store, they take my receipt and tell me that it will take 3 hours to install the tires and for me to leave the keys and come back. You would think that they would first check the size of the tires to see if they would even be able to install the tires before sending me on my way. I get a call 2 1\/2 hours later from the cashier stating that they can not do the work because they were not the specific size that the car calls for. I even called a Chevy dealership and they said the size tires I picked out were of no problem whatsoever to have installed on my car. So I had to inconvenience my wife and daughter to take me to pick my car and tires up and drive not even 1\/2 mile down the road to Mr. Tire, where I walk in and tell them the story and they tell me dont worry about it, just give them the keys and they will call when the car is ready. Not only did Mr. Tire install my new tires, they gave me free alignment for my troubles at Walmart which they were not liable for whatsoever, but were nice enough to go that extra mile for my business. I know now that Walmart will NEVER get any auto services from myself or my family EVER! My expectations with Walmart from start to finish was not met which is why THEY get a POOR RATING! My 5 STAR, and EXCELLENT SERVICE goes out to MR. TIRE! Not to mention as I was picking up my tires I was standing in line behind this gentleman who was picking up his truck that had just got his brand new tires installed, when I overheard that the installer did not follow the specific instructions to put the white print on the inside. He put them out, which he told the customer would take another 2 hours to fix the mistake. Talk about an inconvenience. Maybe its just me but Walmart should just stick to sales not auto service.

these are good tires, dont get me wrong. i had purchased these tires based on the picture showing somewhat of a low profile tire. now, they arrived pretty quick; only 2 days. when they were installed i was disappointed to see they were NOT low profile, hence the low Meets Expectations mark. again, if you plan to purchase...these are NOT low profile tires.

loading product information These tires were on my vehicle when I purchased it. I am very impressed with the smooth ride and confidence they give me on wet roads. I had never heard of this brand but it is very popular now in my book. Thanks Wal Mart for carrying Nexen.

To my surprise these tires look better than the pic on line. Put the tires on a ranger 4X4 and when mounted and balanced by Walmart Car Care Center they are smooth on the road and surprised of the low noise on the highway was expecting them to be louder. They grip really good in mud and and like other mud grips they tread cleans real good when they are spinning.

loading product information had these put on my '05 trailblazer 4x4 about a week ago. very smooth and quiet ride. good looking tire with white lettering exposed. only complaint is that walmart did not even bother to wash the blue sticky stuff off the lettering after they installed them.

I purchased the Nexen N5000 for the price. I spend enough on gas etc and was hoping to get a good value for the money. I had the original tire for my sonata, which was Kumho Solus. The price difference was an additional $27 for each Kumho tire. The total price with Tax and balancing at Walmart for the four Nexen was $386 (I took my old tires to avoid disposal fee and I did not purchase the Road Hazard Warranty). I felt the difference immediately when I drove home. The tires were very quiet and handled well. I drove them on the streets and the Interstate. I was just as satisfied at hgher rate of speed. I did not give 5 stars because I have not driven in the rain, but the experience I have had so far is great. I would recommend these for anyone.

The Nexen tires I bought in March of 2013 have not made me Happy Happy Happy. I bought these tires for a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis and they ride \"hard\", kind of like Fred Flintstone rock tires. They don't grab the road and they have a persistent small vibration. It's really a shame that you can't test drive tires. I do not reccomend these tires for anyone.
