Hello Wally-world people,\n\nSo first and foremost I am a legitimate purchaser of this Neato product and not some fake. I would like to mention that I really like this vacuum robot and everything works great but the only issue I have is that it doesn't get close close to the walls and corners, but other then that it's great... I would give this product a B to B+.

I bought this for my tile\/travertine floors. I have about 600 sq ft of tile and I haven't been able to keep it clean on a regular basis until I got the Mint Cube. My floors have never been so clean! I use mine everyday either in the kitchen or the foyer and powder room. It will clean my kitchen in about 2 hours. Every time I use it, it picks up dirt. I had no idea the floors were getting so dirty everyday until I started using the Mint Cube. But I did have to buy the cleaning head with the liquid reservoir and I absolutely recommend that. With tax and shipping it was about $35.00 more from iRobot but you don't have to keep wetting the cleaning rag frequently. I just use water and vinegar. It really makes it a breeze.\nHowever you do need to either sweep\/vacuum your floors first or make sure there isn't anything that can get caught on the pad and scratch your floors. It takes about 10 minutes to sweep my kitchen floor first, but it may not be necessary for you as I have 4 dogs going in and out of the kitchen all day. It comes with a pad just for dusting\/picking up lint, etc. I can see where that would be perfect for hardwood\/laminate floors. If you're the kind of person that can't stand to see lint\/ dust or debris on your floors and are frequently cleaning trying to keep up with it, then this is definitely the product for you. The more frequently you use it the better the results. Just start it and leave it and it will stop when finished. I have not used the dusting function, I only use it as a mopping device and I just love it!

It did not pick up small stuff i still had to use a regular vacuum. dont waste your money

This little robot is amazing!!! The set up was so simple, a caveman could do it. We have 3 dogs inside the house and even though I vacuum with my Dyson everyday, I still felt like I could not keep up with the hair...This Neato is the answer!!!! The extra pet hair brush that comes with it is fabulous and literally picks up everything, without missing an inch. You can even update your machine to the latest version of it's internal software by going to their website (You will need a USB A\/mini B for that). The neatest thing about it, is when it gets tired and needs a recharge, it somehow always finds it's way back to the charging station. After it charges, it goes back and picks up where it left off. Smart little thing!!!

I thought it was a vacuum with suction. But it came with cloth pads like a swiffer. It was really just a robotic swiffer so it didn't really do much good. It didn't pick up much but dust and hair, but nothing more than that. Was a good price and looked nice. Also easy to use. Just wasn't good for much and it kept getting stuck in corners. To me, the point of a robotic floor cleaner is to actually clean the floors without me constantly moving it and fixing it. I spent more time trying to get it to stay moving than it would have taken me to sweep...like 5 times longer than for me to sweep. I returned it the next day

Bought this to primarily clean our hardwood floors. It pushed the dirt around into pockets in corners and along the wall. Just was not very effective in picking up the dirt.\n\nI returned to Wal-Mart, and they handled the return without any problem. Wanted to buy the Roomba 650, but they were out of stock so purchased elsewhere. The difference is night and day, the Roomba is working incredibly well so far after three days.

I was so excited to receive this item as a wedding present 3 months ago. At first it worked okay (not as well as a standard vacuum), it never picked up large debris but was good for spot cleaning. It has now totally stopped picking up dirt. When I contacted the itouchless warrant dept, they havee been giving me the runaround. They refused to accept the email correspondence from wayfair that I received with the order number and pricing, and thus will not repair my vacuum. Now I am stuck with a $200 robot that doesn't work. Some present. Save your money and invest in a dyson.
