Hi Kristi! The answer to this depends on how long your event is to last. Either size will fit, but the 7 oz will provide heat for about two hours and the 2 oz is about 45 minutes. Hope this helps and thank you for choosing Sterno!

These wire racks are great!  They fold flat for easy storage and take up very little space.  They were easy to set up and are made of quality material.  I will continue to use these when we have large gatherings.
