Having a dog who needed low fat because of being diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and who was having inflammatory GI issues we decided to try a limited ingredient diet without chicken and this was our choice.  He is doing really well on it and likes it.  Would love to see another formula introduced in the healthy weight line with a novel protein so we could rotate hoping to avoid becoming allergic to salmon.

After transitioning my dog from his old food to this one, I must say that this is much easier for him to digest and seems to help with his allergies. He really likes it !!! I purchased 2 cases of the canned to mix with the dry but the canned is wayyy too soft and mushy and gave him diarrhea so I don't recommend the canned but the dry is good, so far.

This Wellness Simple Dog Brand is BEST!! I have a bluenose pitbull who has a lot of skin allergies. This is the only food that really helped with her skin issues. You will see results immediately. Just as a bonus benefit, I recommend to add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to the food. This will definitely help your dogs coat!

My blue heeler has struggled with his weight. He got up to 75lbs which is crazy unhealthy. I have tried several other brands but most weight loss dog foods have a chicken base which does not agree with my dog. I was super excited to find this salmon formula. Even more exciting was when I found out he is down 15 lbs since he switched to this food.

I switched to this food after the Vet telling me my Labrador needed to lose some weight, due to it affecting her joints. In a week and half of her on this food, she has already lost 3 pounds!
