My cat can be at the other end of the house and when she smells that I opened a can of signature selects she comes running. Which is amazing for her as she never comes when I open other brands of cat food.

I bought a ton of this when I found it at an incredibly low sale price, hoping it would be good for my cat. Our routine has been that when she's done with the wet, I give her some dry. Well, now she isn't satisfied with the dry, she wants more of this Wellness CORE, which she hasn't done with any other wet cat food including similar products that are grain-free and have a good percentage of actual meat, not meat by-products. I have been feeding this to my cat for the past week since it arrived and am very pleased with it.

Wellness Consumer Affairs Team

Ive heard and read great things about wellness brand food for years. Trying to find the best food for my kitties, I went through a few of the high end brands of food, liking them but wanting more and wanting to see what else could be offered for my cats. This week is their first week on Wellness wet food (different kinds for each cat) firstly I was a little alarmed when I found tiny bits of bone in the kitten CORE Turkey and Chicken Liver Recipe (LOT# 7CCKC1). Ive been picking them out since I cant get back to the store right away to get new food. I did read that it is fine for her to eat but also read that it can back up in her stomach and cause a blockage (none of the pieces so far are very big and none are jagged or splintered pieces. More like tiny bits of gravel.) I know this is coming from the chicken meal that is in the pate and that they need the vitamins from the bone matter. I would like to see it ground more finely however. (Photo below)

This morning one of my males puked up his breakfast (he did this last week with different food, so my initial thought was that he ate too fast both times)
Just a few minutes ago I grabbed some of his Signature Selects Shredded Boneless Chicken and Liver Recipe (LOT#: NX2153 B VCN46), to give him a snack since he puked it up this morning and all he kept down was some kibble (Taste of the Wild, not Wellness) but when I opened the container it had black dots on the shreds of "meat". This has not been present in the other cans, but I grabbed another and opened it just to see, and it had the same, not as many specks though. It looks like mold but no fuzzy bits. Im extremely unhappy and worried about my kitty. (Photo below)
