I received the Apple Airpod pro today. Opened the box and Lo and Behold- found out that the apple airpod pro box has been previously opened!!! Seal was broken, the wrapping around the airpod case has new tampered. This is my first electronic item bought from Walmart. This is ALARMING!!!

What the…!!!!!

Ordered from Walmart.com as they were on sale for $200. I received the package but the box was empty! 

I am not sure what happened, they put the small headphones box in a giant flimsy box, with light taping, and it must have slipped out from the bottom or was stolen along the way.

I called customer service and told them what happened and they said there's nothing they can do and I must dispute with the shipping company or my financial institution.

I feel totally ripped off. Take my advice: don't order online from Walmart.com!

Never received my headphones.

I was delivered an empty box. Spent hours on the phone with Walmart. At first they told me to call FedEx. And then they told me I have to call my financial institution. I called FedEx and they said that Walmart simply needs to file a claim with them, and that it will get paid and research. Chances are, since the box was repackaged at their facility, it was lost or stolen. Walmart hung up on me three times and has literally stolen hundreds of dollars  from me.

Absolutely horrible product of apple. People will still buy this junk. You sound like your under the water. Your muffled doesn't matter which headphone. I've had this for one month and after two weeks problems. Doesn't pair connect to your device like the older gen. Takes for ever. Keeps making a sound when it charged, when you open it, absolutely annoying. Your still gonna buy this - try for yourself maybe you'll get a better experience. Good luck

Over priced junk.

Make sure you double check your AirPods. I bought these brand new curbside pickup. The employee brought me my item, later when I went to unbox them they were already opened. Very clearly fake.

I was given fake AirPods.

There was no reason for the box to come like that I paid for something new not dirty. The box also came open. I want you guys to do something about this because it’s not fair.

I paid for the brand new AirPod pro 2 full price but got the open box unsealed version that someone used . So disappointed

The person at the return desk said they had different serial numbers so he wouldn’t even take them back! So now I have to call Walmart or Apple to see WTF.

As a consumer, I expected to receive a new and unaltered product, which wasn't the case this time. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I hope for a resolution or clarification from Walmart to ensure the quality and authenticity of their products.
