So far so good. Like others I was nervous since there were no actual pictures  and I didn’t get to test it out but it’s perfect to me. I love that I can move it around and adjust to my space. I think the color is slightly lighter than the pic but that might just be me. It’s firm but comfy and was so easy to put together!

Love It!

I was very leery of buying a couch online without seeing it and sitting in it. My space is small and I liked that this couch can be configured in so many ways. I was not disappointed! It's beautiful, soft, sturdy, comfortable and so easy to put together! The hardest part was getting it out of the boxes!

*I thought I was missing a back cushion but it's inside (bottom) of armless chair*. I love this sectional it's so comfy and easy to put together. Love the color, worth buying!

Obsessed!!!

Since I've never purchased furniture from Walmart, I was nervous about ordering this couch, but boy did it prove me wrong. I'm not even sure where to start. it's firm, which I like because I don't want it to cave in, and it's comfortable at the same time. It's very spacious—it could probably fit four or five people and I like that I can move it around because I'm a crazy person who likes to change her living area frequently. The only bummer is that it's only available in gray, but other than that, this is a great, reasonably priced couch. (Also excuse the couch position we were trying out the different styles)

It’s so comfortable and easy to put together. The color is beautiful and it’s just what I was looking for!!! Fyi *back cushion for armless chair is under the seat*

Perfect for our home! Saw it on the Drew Barrymore show and it was exactly like she said.  It fits perfectly in our small living room and the ability to move the Sections around is priceless. The quality is excellent. I recommend it to anyone looking to replace their sofa at an amazing price

Great Purchase!

Go with your gut.  Negative reviews almost had me pass over but when I stopped to read all of them, they weren't  a reflection of the quality/beauty of the product, but more complaint that they couldn't follow instructions on how to locate the pillows.  Purchased for my loft area.

Beautiful!!!!

Very nice modular sectional! I was able to carry all pieces to my upstairs theater room by myself, where it assembled in minutes. Mine had all the back pillows but was missing one throw pillow, which is why 4 stars not 5, but I'll be buying new throws to suit my tastes anyways.

Great for upstairs

Absolutely love this couch! The cushions are larger than I was expecting and fits my space really well. Love the fact that the pieces can be rearranged, and they don’t shift when you’re sitting on them. The couch is definitely firm, but I can tell it will soften with use and time. The material is also woven and soft! 

Was looking into a couch at IKEA, but this option was cheaper and better quality. Bought the swivel chair as well!

All products came in perfect condition, my only reason for the 4 star review is the amount of plastic packing used for the individual pieces. A small gripe, yes, but hopefully there will be a way in the future the company can revisit packing. But, I’m not an expert on shipping or product storage haha

Just be warned this does get shipped in 4 separate shipments. I got 3 of them but they never sent the first one. They basically said I put the wrong address and sent it to a return center. How does that make sense when it was the same address for all 4 boxes? I've spoken to 3 different customer service reps and they've all been helpful trying to fix it but still don't have my missing couch piece. There solution is to basically get refunded for the piece and order it again but that's not even possible when I can't order the pieces separately. I've done email to get through to someone and nothing. In order to send the entire order back for a refund I have to buy packaging to send it back when I was promised delivery of the missing item the next day. No one has explain why it was sent back in the first place, it never even made it to my city. It has been the worst dealing with walmart customer service. I even asked about a replacement and they said they can't guarantee the right box will be sent??? Like what? The couch itself is beautiful but I even called their customer service number and they basically said deal with it with walmart, it's none of our business.
