I chose this wood vase due to its prominent and beautiful grains in its design. It’s a solid natural unstained wood vase and stands about 7 inches tall. It is nicely sanded and light in color. The vase’s look fits perfectly with the boho theme. I would recommend this to give a warm feel to a room. Great design and product

Wood Vase

I love this planter.
It seems to be made of tiki wood.
It is very light in weight.
It is beautifully hand crafted.  You can see the lathe marks inside and the grain of the wood is really is beautiful. 
The wood is not stained or sealed, so it really shows it's natural beauty. 
The middle is pretty wide (7") but the mouth isn't so if you are going to put a planter inside, it will need to be pretty skinny.  This planter is very versatile.
I believe it could be used in many settings.
If you are using wood and natural items, this planter would look fabulous. If you like more modern, upscale decorations, this planter would look great in that setting also.
You could use it with a flower arrangement or put it on a shelf or a bookcase.  
I have mine on my mantle with two small picks of faux ivy in it.  
I would not have a problem giving one as a gift. It is really that nice. 
It is 7" high and 7" at the widest point.

Absolutely beautiful

I LOVE this vase but was expecting it to be a sealed wood. Thats okay though for someone wanting to stain or oil it. I'll keep it natural and use fake greenery in it. Still beautiful and durable. Worth the $!

This item is made by the Mar's family. The wood is soft, lightweight and exactly what it looks like in the picture! I just could not be happier! I have a very dark wood interior, cabin style so I'm using light items on the walls to brighten it up. Loving this vase like you cannot imagine!

Wooden vase

This item has worked as intended and we have been utilizing it as a decorative vase in our living room with some fake flowers. I really like the wood look and feel of the vase and the aesthetic matches our overall theme in our house.

Great purchase. Love the natural look and feel of this vase. It's the perfect size. I added faux tulips for a fresh spring look but this vase can be used throughout every season.

Wood vase

A naturalistic vase with unvarnished surface. Made from one piece wood with prominent wood grain (burnt?). Looks nice, but the inside shape is odd. You need to put artificial flowers directly or need to find a insert vase that just fits in the odd shape. I think I saw a silver metal vase that may fit in this vase at Walmart but not 100% sure.

A naturalistic vase with unvarnished surface.

This Better Homes and Gardens Natural Wood Vase by Dave and Jenny is a nice wooden vase. It is not coated which is nice if you want to add some linseed oil or a wood stain on it to personalize it. I think this is great for fake flowers but i wouldn't put a real plant in it as it doesn't have a hole in the bottom for water to flow out and due to it being unstained or sealed the wood would get moldy. It is a nice light weight for easy moving, yet it feels solid. The wood's natural wood grain is pretty and flattering.

Beautiful, simple vase

Unfortunately this vase cracked and split down the middle after four days in use. It sounded like a big pop!  I couldn't figure out what it was. Then I saw water pouring out of the vase. It was just sitting on the desk, large crack down the side.. I'm a  fixer to fabulous fan, I doubt the Marrs family knows how poor the quality of this vase is with their name on it
