These loops are so great! They are a lot wider than my old ones which makes them more comfortable. They also stay in place unlike my old narrow ones. Loops are very durable and comes in great colors. Three loops are light, medium and heavy resistance.

Wide and great quality

I passed on these Loop Band Kit to my son who has been doing 
his exercise indoors since all gyms all closed. Included are 
workout instructions. He likes them and thinks that the loop 
bands are very good and pretty strong. Would recommend to 
others. He found the workout instructions included in box very 
helpful. He has been using them daily for about 3 weeks now.
So far no issues.

Great for exercise

These bands have been a game changer for me!! Im trying to lose weight and working out more, these bands have helped me to safely use resistance for targeted areas. The 3 different resistance strengths make it perfect to work your way up. They don't roll down during use and are easily cleaned.

Stepped up my exercise game!

I received this set of resistance bands and they've been a great addition to my morning workouts! I love the different levels of resistance that each band provides. They seem to be great quality to the daily wear and tear of being used. I like that they are different colors! They even came with a poster to display different workouts that could be completed using them. I looked at others and these compare nicely to those. Overall, I am super pleased with these and would definitely recommend them to others.

Included in this kit is 3 different circle bands that come in light, medium and heavy resistance, instructions and a workout plan. These are progressive bands so you can start out with the light band, work up to the medium, and then on the heavy resistance. Or, you can just stay where you are comfortable working and continue working at that level. Working out with these resistance bands can build muscle mass and increase mobility in the legs, hips, glutes and thighs. The bands are light weight and are perfect to take with you on the go. If you're looking for a simple workout that you can do almost anywhere, then these bands are for you. I recommend.

Good loop band kit for resistance training

These resistance bands are the perfect at home exercise. I have been working out at home since everything got shut down and my workouts have been getting boring lately. Now with these resistance bands my workouts have become so much more fun and enjoyable. I have been using these resistance bands for a few weeks and can already feel a difference in my legs and thighs. I really love doing yoga and these resistance bands have definitely helped me with my mobility and balance.

This kit comes with three bands: a light, medium and heavy resistance band. It also comes with an exercise guide with plenty of fun exercises to do. I really like that they do not roll up while I am using them. They are very durable and have not stretched out. The bands are thick and provides very good resistance. 

I also love that I can take these on the go. The soft flexible rubber material makes these so easy to just throw in a purse or a suitcase. I travel a lot and these are perfect for working out while in a hotel room. I really love these resistance bands and I feel like I am getting a good lower body workout. I highly recommend this product.

GREAT LOWER BODY WORKOUT

These Evolve bands are fabulous! Super versatile and work for just about any body part at any time. For me these work great because I am always on the go. I can take these bands, which come on different sizes/strength and use them in my hotel room or even staying with friends. I have used other brands before. The quality of these are much much better and you don't feel they are going to snap away at any time when you're using them. I do feel these have increased my strengths and I have definitely been sore after using them, so they definitely work. I highly recommend these evolve bands. Great quality and fabulous resistance!

Best bands!

The only thing wrong I saw with these is the fact that the bands themselves are labeled heavy, medium, light opposite as they are labeled on the box. Other than that, they're awesome. I can absolutely see myself making these part of my everyday exercise.

They work!

These bands were okay I didn't love them .. I use bands for all my beachbody workouts and these worked but I didn't feel they gave enough resistance. They are labeled which I liked for heavy, medium and I liked the colors of them as well. I prefer the non stretchy bands as I feel they give way more resistance for a harder better workout. These however I feel are great starter bands though or for less resistance use.. They are comfortable to wear though and work good . They were alittle loose on my legs even the light band however so really had to stretch it.

There good starter bands

The bands are very thin and don't seem like they'll last too long. I had a hard time doing my work out because they kept slipping and rolling. Needless to say, I don't really find them useful.

horrible material and so hard to keep them where you need them because the roll up.
I spent 30 minutes working out and 30 minutes fixing them! 
So annoying and frustraiting!
