Awesome cooler!!! Perfect size. Light weight and once you fill with ice and drinks not heavy at all. Shoulder strap is very convenient and holds ice as advertised….24 hours. They have a nice look and several colors to choose from. I've bought another one for a gift and will probably buy more. Great product!!

Awesome, durable, and well made cooler! If properly cooled, ice can last 24 hours pretty easily. I was able to get 48 hours after keeping the cooler in a freezer overnight. I bought this specifically for a 2 week roadtrip over a similar spec Yeti, because I preferred the zipper which seems more leak proof (and it was much less $ for an equally high quality cooler). My only concern is the zipper itself and whether it will last. It's pretty tight and difficult to open with one hand. It comes with zipper lube though so I will apply and try it out.

Top notch soft cooler

After the airlines lost our new RTIC cooler filled with freshly caught (but frozen) ocean fish, I thought it would all be spoiled. Three days later, the cooler was delivered and the fish was all still mostly frozen! Best cooler ever, and the prices are great, too!

Greatest cooler ever!

This black cooler is so good looking and useful. It fits right in our designated spot on the pontoon and is perfect for fishing trips, picnics and more. It keeps ice and maintains refrigeration for our food all day.

Sleek and Well Insulated

Booth this to go in my motorcycle panniers for moto camping. It works well and I truly appreciate the price point. I can't speak for the root-molded coolers, but this soft sided cooler is not up to the same level of build quality as an equivalent Yeti - but it was less than half of the price.

Good Motorcycle camping cooler

I am enjoying my 2nd soft cooler from RTIC.. so far it's working great as my daily cooler for work. Its performance is great. Only issue is that it looks like quality control was lacking the day my cooler went pass them. It has an area on the lid where the seam is lifted. And on the inside liner, the mouth of the cooler where the vertical wall meets the top edge, there is some excess material near the welded seam. Kind of a rough edge.

Quality control

My cooler purchase I'm still on the fence. The third use the T handle on my zipper broke off. The zipper seems to still be functioning but I had to put a round key ring on the zipper pull to be able to still use the cooler. It still works, just a little janky and I didn't expect this to happen. Other then that the cooler holds ice well and the colors are really nice. It's a good looking cooler.

Zipper faulty

I ordered this cooler for a gift and had it monogrammed. In one of the pictures is the cooler I ordered online and had monogrammed, of the deer and the initials. What I received, the monogram looks nothing like the way I designed it. It looks like a sticker was just stuck on the cooler and wasn't cut out.

Very disappointed, I should have bought a Yeti! This is the 3rd product I've gotten from RTIC and it will definitely be the last. I purchased this cooler in July and the zipper already broke! Unacceptable.

20 Can soft pack

I purchased this cooler over the summer and really enjoyed using it for kayaking and camping. It got a lot of use in the few months I had it, and absolutely zero complaints about it. Until today...I was opening it as I always do when the tab suddenly broke off the zipper. I was able to grasp the little remnant (I just made the first turn, so I had a long way to go) and after a few minutes was able to rescue my beer.

Super cooler, but super disappointed.
