does this equipment come with exercise picture on how to do each exercise for my body?

A lat bar is included with this unit. To use the lat bar, it would be attached to one side of the top pulleys. The lat bar weight cap. is 200 lbs.

You can use both pulleys with the provided chains and connect them both to the straight bar it actually has three holes to connetc to, two on the sides and 1 in the middle. This will put the straight bar right over the center on the machine. Works great.

THE LAT BAR IS INCLUDED AND ONE OF THE SIDE POLLEY IS USED TO DO LATS

It says a Lat bar is included but I don't see the center pulley.

Unlike the previous reviewer; I called the company IMPEX inc. that makes this product and there is a big difference between the model sold by Sears (MD-9010) and the model MD-9010G that is sold by Walmart. The Sears model is the older model that was introduced in 2005. The much cheaper model carried by Walmart is the most current model which comes with a sturdier frame. It is no wonder why Sears was willing to price match an older model to Walmart's current model to clear the shelves for the newer ones.

Stop eating pineapples and compare apple to apple

This is a really nice machine. My husband wanted to be able to work out in a variety of ways from home. I will say, it takes a good 3-4 hours to put together and you'll need two people. However, it seems sturdy and well-made. We use it several times a week and are already feeling results. It's nice to not have to go to the gym to workout.

Worth the Investment

I bought this machine 2 months ago been very satisfied with it does everything i had hoped it would do it saves me a 30 mile round trip to the gym 3to4 daysa week . It wasn't the easiest thing to put together but I did get it done.The biggest problem Ihad was the delivery company and I don't know if Walmart still uses them or not but I will say this Walmart did take care of me very well and I do appreciate it.

You will get a good workout putting it together but we'll worth it!

This machine is by far one of the best all around home gyms you can buy. I can not say how much I love this workout machine. Just buy from Walmart directly and not spreetail they are absolutely the worst company.

Best home gym for the money!!

I really love this gym now that it is built probably took my 5 hrs by myself and I build alot of things . None of the pieces were labeled which added probably a hour trying to figure out what was but . But now that it's done very solid gym the Smith machine is smooth once you get some weight on it and I live that you can use 1 in or 2in plates for the pulleys .

Awesome gym horrible instructions

I only recently got the gym but have been very happy so far. The only problem I had was there were two bolts sent that were the wrong size. It was easy enough to fix. I just borrowed two bolts from the plate pegs to finish the job. I had a plate tree so it wasn't like I needed the pegs anyway. The instructions are not that difficult to follow it's just very involved and there are parts mixed in with the accessories so you have to dig. All in all I like I am very happy!

nice home gym for the price!

This gym does everything I expected it too at a Great price compared to much more expensive machines.

Some of the weight limits are a little lower then I hoped. I didn't see any list of limit in am description on-line. The manual states that there is a 300lb limit for the person using. This isn't a problem for me anymore but was an issue 8 months ago. Also the leg extension is said to be limited to 100lbs. I was doing 230lbs on my old bench. I deiced to keep the old bench while it lasts. I am not sure it was designed to handle so much either since the old bench is bending.

Putting the gym/cage was not easy. I read that all over on-line and just figured people didn't know what they were doing. It took me somewhere around 6-7 hours to finish. Could have done it quicker if I just did it all at once. I keep putting it together an hour here and there. Like others said parts aren't marked. Most of the time it wasn't a big deal but I did have to take a couple of thing apart to put the right part. The instruction aren't real great either. They seemed to get worse at the end. The pictures helped a lot. Some are misleading though. It shows steps to do where previous step look like they where never done. Using the complete picture helped a lot here as a got confused a couple of times. Some of the nuts, bolts and other little things that were marked had creases so the number was hard to read. Match the part to the full size part in the book helped here.

Overall once it's built it's great. I didn't find anything close to this for the money.

Great product

Equipment overall is great, instructions are ok but parts are NOT labeled. Delivery was horrible, boxes were severely damaged.

the delivery company did a bad service they don't have the necessary tools to lift equipment
that weighs more than 400 pounds, (since I live like on a hill, )and they left me my home gym practically on the street,I recommend the item but not the delivery company.bad services!!!!
