This is a great product, and Walmart is selling it for significantly cheaper than buying it direct from Oreck. However, as a reconditioned product is will come with some cosmetic damage. This is not a big deal and should be expected. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the filter cell. This could hinder performance. TIP: Carefully inspect your inner components for damage, too.
