This product is not compatible with the 2008 Mercedes Benz ml350 4matic because it this vehicle uses diesel fuel. STA-BIL Marine Formula Fuel Stabilizer is only compatible with gasoline or ethanol fueled engines.

IF your Mercedes Benz runs on gasoline, the answer is yes, you can use our Marine Formula STA-BIL product. If it is Diesel (Blue TEC), we do not recommend this formula. We would recommend our Diesel Formula (#22254), which Walmart at this time does not carry.

Marine Formula STA-BIL has corrosion inhibitors to prevent rust and oxidation from forming in the fuel system, while stabilizing fuel for a year, and cleaning the injectors.

Can this product be used in a 2008 mercedes Benz ml350 4matic

Hello, The higher concentration of ethanol has the possibility of attracting more water that a lower ethanol content fuel. Because of this, adding STA-BIL® 360 Marine would be even more beneficial in helping to prevent ethanol issues such as corrosion, rust and water attraction. I always use non ethanol in my boat and yard equipment. i still add marine stable to neutralize any ethanol that might make it into the fuel.

Confidence in a bottle

For about 6 years now, I have used Marine Sta-Bil in my lawn equipment, boat, SeaDoos and gas powered generator.  During that time, I've had zero issues with fuel systems in any of them.  One example that sold me initially on Sta-Bil: I always left my generator gassed up and ready to run.  However, if it was months or more before I used it again, starting was a problem and it would run roughly until newer gas was added.  To try and alleviate this problem, when I used my generator again I simply ran it dry when finished.  The next  time we lost power, it would not start.  Even though I ran it dry,  there was gas left in the carburetor bowl that had turned to sludge and clogged the needle and seat.  Using a flashlight I had to disassemble the carb and completely clean it out to get the generator to start.  When I later refilled the tank, I used gas with Sta-Bil added to it at the "storage" concentration and ran it a while to be sure that that gas made it to the carburetor.  The generator then sat for over a year and a half before the next storm bad enough to lose power.  When I hooked up the generator, it started instantly and ran smoothly.  Since then whenever I fill my 5 gallon gas cans that I keep for lawn equipment and the generator, I always add Sta-Bil.  I also add Sta-Bil to my boat and SeaDoos at every fill-up.  Since I use it in marine engines, I always spend a little extra and use the Marine version for the extra protection against the harmful effects of ethanol. Also, since I top off their tanks each fall with gas with Sta-Bil, my trimmer, blower, chain saw and lawn mowers start instantly every spring and run just fine.

Not cheap, but definitely worth the money

Excellent product

I have been using this product for twelve years on my antique car and have not had any fuel problems what so ever. 
Any of the auto parts stores only sell the small bottles and usually not the Marine product I use.

Excellent product! You can't go wrong with any Stabil product. And the best price around, even at wholesale marine places. Walmart was very fast on delivery too, ordered on a thursday, and on my porch the very next day and I didnt pay for next day delivery. I will definitely do it again.

Sad my store don't carry the smaller sizes only the 32oz. Make sure you write the date when you open it, these do go bad after so long. It'll come darker and make thicken a little. 
I use this in my boat, splash a little in my small gallon mix for weed eater lawn movers etc. If I can't finish the bottle before it goes bad I do use in my vehicles as well. Been using stabil for many years now and I do think it helps.
