Do not purchase from this seller. Disney Pinocchio DVD displays error message "wrong region" and will not play. Nothing in description on Walmart site that it cannot play on USA equipment. In small font on back cover is indicated that disk should only be sold in Middle East, was manufactured in Dubai

I don't know who to believe but I am extremely frustrated that I not only couldn't watch the DVD, I haven't been able to get a refund. This might take another 2 weeks according to Walmart. Please fix the return policy and don't sell DVDs that have "regional" playing issues.john
