I ordered Dr. Bronner's Lip Balm from another vendor, who happened to be on Texas, and the tubes arrived half-full after having melted in the inadequate packaging. This order arrived intact and sealed with no issues. 5 out of 5.

Let me start by saying this is partially my fault for not being more thorough. I didn’t realize this was coming from a 3rd party. I thought this was coming from Walmart, so this was all very shocking. Shipping box came with a giant hole in the side, the box to the foot bath also had a hole in it on the opposite side, leaving me to believe this didn’t happen in transport. The box itself was dusty and smelled musty, as if it had been sitting in a basement forever.. Most important the box was all tapped back together. Not even nicely. It was very clear it had been opened, maybe used or just returned, sitting for a long time and shipped out with out a care at full price too. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone.
