The Citrus Aurantium is what's increasing your metabolism, raising your blood pressure and heart rate, and aiding with weight loss. I work full-time and go to school full-time which leaves a very limited amount of time to run or workout. I purchased this product to help with appetite control until I can workout again. I works pretty good. I am pleased that I am not hungry and thinking about food all day.

I took 2 capsules at 10:30 a.m yesterday and all morning and afterrnoon I was still hungry. It didnt help with my cravings or anything. Gave no energy boost neither. I broke out severely in hives last night. It was all over me. I have no idea if this product did it to me or not, but I havent done anything different than I would any other day. Ive taken so many diet products and the one that I lost about 30 pounds too was to phetermine. Im going back to that product.

I am still waiting to see results. The product is tasty and did suppress my appetite when I drank water with it. But no weight loss.

I prefer this product over the pills and I definitely feel like it works faster in the system. It really curves your cravings. I didn't lose actual weight but I did lose inches in my waist. The taste is a little iffy and sweet, but you get used to it. Best results when drank 1st thing in the morning and with an empty stomach like directed.

Nastiest taste EVER! It lies when it says no taste, the reason you lose weight is because you dread eating anything with this on it. The taste is nauseatingly bitter and the color is a disgusting brown that makes the food unappealing.

on the box its say take 1-2 in in between each meal. in my opinion that doesnt make any sense. after i eat im not hungry so i wouldnt need the chew. each one have 20 calories. sot hats 120 extra calories a day. and that have after taste, kinda grainy, when you first eat them it has a stuck in your teeth kind of feeling like old gum or something. compared to another appetite suppressant i took these def dont work. After eating two im still hungry
