The grill I received from WalMart must have fallen off the truck. After I got it home and had to tear open the box the back of the grill was really smashed in. It still closed but for a brand new grill its definitely not a good feel. Next the grill did not include the hardware package. So I had to wait another five days to get that in the mail. Finally when all put together one of my burners doesn't work!

I just love my Baar-b-Que. It was so easy to put together. Just follow the direction and beford you know it you have your Bar-b-Que. Very nice looking too.

We have had this grill for a year now. We purchased it because we like both charcoal and gas grilling.\nIt was wobbly from day one. Felt cheap, looked OK. Even under cover of a porch and a cover (and it was ALWAYS COVERED by both, except when in use) it completely rusted and fell apart. One year is not nearly long enough for a grill to last. We are really, really disappointed by this grill.

I've had this for two weeks,which I feel is long enough to write . I've used this several times and I like it alot. This replaces a $500 Coleman, that finally rusted out. I save more fuel with this grill, because it's gets hot fast. I can grill 12 oieces of chicken on the warming rack on low heat in about 40 min. There are two models of the 5 burner. I got the 72,000 btu model. That may make a difference in the quality for some of the complaints. Mine is very sturdy when all done. I purchased this over the Char-broil, because I felt this was a better grill.

I've had way bigger and more expensive grills than this one and i must say this holds a rating close to the ones i've had in the past .. easy to start .. works well and takes up little space!

This is the second one of these grills that I have purchased in the last 4 years. This one I bought to take out to our cabin. Not expensive yet sturdy. The 1st one lasted longer than I thought.

OK, this is not a super-sturdy Weber kettle grill. But if you just want something to grill hamburgers and hotdogs and are on a budget, this is perfect. Pretty easy to put together. All the parts are clearly marked and fit. It has a lid lock which is good for when the cooking is done but the coals are still hot. Keeps kids out and avoids spills if it gets knocked over. Good for grilling for up to four, or two if grilling large steaks.

This grill is the first one I have ever bought. It really is a great value. An inexpensive starter grill is what I would describe it as. The only thing that I wish it had was a side burner, but that doesn't take away from my rating.

This is the perfect grill for me. It took me about 1 1\/2 hrs to put together (I had 3 four legged supervisors) and used it last night for the first time. I was easy to use and cooked the chicken beautifully. I will be using this grill a lot.

We are pleased w\/ the grill. It was easy to assemble. We have used it multiple times since the purchase. Well constructed. I liked the size. Plenty of grilling space.

Only 24000 btu. when cooking steaks you need a 2 sec. heat rule, meaning you can hold your hand over the grill for 2 sec. before getting burned. This grill has a 15 sec. rule meaning it takes about an hour to cook a steak. you can only cook when the lid is closed, thats the only way it gets hot enough to cook. and it drips grease all over my deck.. I'm buying another grill tomorrow after wasting my money on this one...

I LOVED THIS GRILL IT WORKED ALL SUMMER LONG IT FOLDED UP WENT AWAY AFTER USE AND I WAS ABLE TO BUY THE PROPANE AT CVS .......I TRUELLY LOVED IT AND IT HELD MANY SUMMER BBQS ......I LOST IT WHEN HURRICANE SANDY CAME AND NOW IM TRYING TO PURCHASE IT AGAIN AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK.........I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GRILL IT REALLY DID WORK FOR ME & MY HUSBAND AND OUR 6 KIDS :-)

I started assembly which took about an hour to put all those small parts together and then almost at the end a plastic part was broken I just threw the darn part away and kept it I did'nt want to go through the hassle of returning the grill and waiting for another one then assembling that one for an hour and hoping no plastic parts are broken so no thanks.

Seems like it is custom fit for my CharBroil grill. So far no rips...great for the price.

This purchase totally blows just because the grill never made it....\nBut I got the tank...

I cant complain. Easy to put together and to clean. Doesn't take up space like the big ones. I love that it has a cover unlike some other cheap grills. Simple grill that does the job for a great price.

I ordered my on-line and picked up at the store. If you buy in-store assembly is free- I would recommend taking advantage of that!\n\nAssembly- They do everything to make this easy. Instead of screws and nuts, they have the threads in the parts any you just have to insert the screw. The hardware comes on a vacuum sealed card labeled as \"A\" or \"B\" So you can easily ID which screw is which. The important parts (like burners) Are pre assembled. THe only thing that is lacking is the instructions. The instructions are just line drawings with arrows pointing to screws telling you this is a \"B\" screw etc. I wasted a LOT of time trying to figure out which legs to mount where until I realized that the screw holes on line up one way.\n\nI even comes with tools. Of you want to call them that. My advice is to look for that old open end wrench that came with that Jap dirt bike you used to have rather then trying to use their \"tools\" Mostly you just need a 10mm open end and a Philips screw driver. I put this together in about 20 min. using a Rat-a-tat-tat. (Thats what my brother calls an battery powered impact driver) If I did another I could do it in half that time, but I would have two drivers-one with the 10mm socket and one with phillips tips. Some of the bolts with take a 10mm wrench or a #3 bit. I would guess that the average home owner would invest about an hour and a half using hand tools to put together the first one.\n\nI was a little disappointed to find this was NOT a \"40,000 BTU grill\" Its really a 30,000 BTU grill with a 10,000 BTU side burner. I really think they should advertise it more clearly, This is done on purpose to make you think its hotter then it really is.\n\nThe big disadvantage of putting this together yourself is that you realize how cheaply this is made. All the parts are cheap stamping and the fire box is thin steel with what appears to me to be a powder coat finish.\n\nThis uses a battery for lighting the burners. The grills I had in the past hat the battery-less \"Pizzo\" starter. I din't think I would like this because you have to replace batteries, but believe me it is so much better. When you push the botton, you get multiple sparks that light the burners first time every time.\n\nI like having the temp gage as it lets me know when the grill has pre heated to the proper level. Mine takes 7 min to reach 600 (both burners on) Like most cheap grills the heat is mostly in the center of the grill. That OK with me because I can more the \"rare\" burgers to the out side of the grill why the crispy critters are in the center.\n\nThe main reason I wanted a LOT of heat is that I uce my grill year round. Below freezing out? no problem- I still use my grill and just adjust the cooking times. The Michigan \"spring\" gave me several chances to use this in below freezing windy weather. Of course pre heat takes a little longer (And I only wait for 500) I do have to use both burnes with the top closed and the meat comes out great! When the weather is warm it only takes about 5 min to pre heat and I use a much lower heat setting. One thing that threw me off at first is the the valves work \"Backwards\" from what I'm used to. \"HI\" is where you first turn it on, and rotating to the legt (Counter clockwise) turns the burners down. I use a product called GrillGrate which makes you cheap grill act like an Infera red grill. It is basically an anum. plate that sets on top of the grill. The first grill I bought (a week before I bought this one) did not get these grills hot enough in clod weather- this on work fine and I have cooked with it down to 28 degrees.\n\nMy summery: This is cheaply built- I don't expect it to last more then 3 years but I will be more careful to paint any chips to make it last as long as possible. The grill get HOT and can be used in any weather. I highly recommend you have it put together free at the store. I would buy another of this exact grill if someone stole it and the insurance company gave me a check to replace it.

Nice grill especially for the price. Cooks even, side burner works good (only have used it once so far). Also like the covered area and double doors to hide your propane tank away. Only downfall I see, no where to hang your grill utensil. But I just use the side shelf.\nAlmost when picking one out at store. Look them over at store pretty good. Some of them seemed to be put together in a rush, while a couple others were in good shape.

We purchased this grill because we occasionally have friends over but otherwise it\u2019s just me and my spouse. It\u2019s great for just the two of us but also is wonderful for a small group of friends. My only concern with this is the legs are rather flimsy. Be careful to not put too much weight on it and it will collapse. Yes I realize this sounds weird but basically we put had someone trip over it while it was cooling for storage and the legs on it were crushed.... Other than that we love it. It was very easy to assemble and works well!

The Charcoal Grill would be perfect if the base would be a little wider in its base. As it stand right now, any little wind will tilt the product. I already went through this situation. Thank God it only has one big dent on top and a few little dents and scratches. The sadest part is that I bought it and the wind flew it down the next day. The other thing that is not too functional is the side \"server helper.\" It is too weak to really hold anything to help you BBQ. Then again, is not necessary for BBQ and I already have a good one that I can use while BBQing. But to be fair, when it comes to the space to cook and its prices, it is great. If they could make the base wider and the side stand stronger, it would be a perfect BBQ for me and many others.
