bunk bed could not be put together because parts did not match up and on top of that i didnt have all the parts , waste of my time

For the price I love this bed! My kids and I recently moved into a 2 bedroom and to save space I bought my daughter this bed. I had bought my other a canwood base camp loft a few month early. This bed is so much better!!!!! It is much more sturdy and the wood is thicker. I wish I had paid the extra $50 the first time around!

This bed is nearly what described. But, some parts came with scratch and one piece even has a 2 inch long damage on its edge. Also, one of supporter wood for up bed has one of its 4 holes not drilled through, so that the bolt can't be applied on. I am afraid this will reduce the usage life of the bed. I will attach some photo of the problems if possible.

We wanted this particular bunk bed because the window is situated in the boys room where a full sized headboard would have blocked part of the window. The twin sized lower headboard on this bunk does not block the window but we still have the full sized bed on the bottom so it fits very well. Features I really like about this bed is the issue I just mentioned above and I also really like the clearance between the two bunks. We had a bunk bed before that had very little clearance and you couldn't sit up on the bottom bunk without conking your head on the top. This one you can sit up comfortably. I also like the space saving ladder. No more stubbed toes on the ladder ends. The slats that hold the mattresses are generous in number and spaced well. The last bunk bed we had did not have many slats and the support was not good for the mattresses and the occupants of the beds. This bunk bed does not have that issue. The things we don't like about the bunk bed, it does not seem overly sturdy although we haven't had any issues so far. My older son sleeps on the top bunk and weighs about 110 lbs. When he gets into the bunk, you can see it swaying a little. I double check the that the bolts are tightened every once in awhile. When we got the packaged boxes, one of the bottom headboards had a crack in it and we got it replaced. Just be sure to check all the wood carefully if you buy this. Overall, our likes outweigh any dislikes so we will be keeping this bunk bed. Did not have any problems with the instructions although as the previous reviewer mentioned, they are not clear cut or explained very well. Having put together a bunk bed before with better instructions, I kind of already knew what went where.

The set does come with all the items in the picture!!!! The company shippes the bed set in two seprate shipments. They send several emails informing you all pieces are being shipped. Customer service was great and really friendly! This bed is perfect for a bunk bed and met all our needs:)

If I'm honest, I had every expectation of ordering this bed knowing that for the price it probably wouldn't be the greatest bunk bed, our hope was that it would at least get us through our kids young ages then we could get a \"real bunk bed\" later. I was shocked when we opened it up and put it together how nice it looks and the quality of the wood and bed itself. It is such a great buy we will be purchasing another bed for our boys. It is NOT like some of the other bunk beds that have a low upper bunk so that the person in the bottom cannot sit up freely. It has lots of space, my husband and I can sit on the bottom bunk and not bump our heads. We love that it has an optional trundle also, we plan on purchasing that down the line. This bed will last our children well into their teens. Such a great buy!!!
