- good value for the price paid(around $287)\n- just a treadmill - don't expect it to be a fancier looking\/sophisticated type of treadmill\n- If you just need a treadmill for home use(and within budget) then this is a perfect choice\n- Doesn't make much noise\n- Has few preset workout modes\n- Occupies less space(u can even fold it up and move it); a bit heavy though but still manageable\n- running belt is a bit narrow but should be okay for most people\nI would recommend it if you have a limited budget and you want value for the money paid...but again this is just a treadmill and if you want more sophisticated kinda then go for expensive ones..\nBut for basic home usage this is a perfect fit

I am quite pleased with this exercise bike. Walmart made it easy to order online and ship directly to my home for just $5.00. It only took my husband 30 minutes to put together, and I've used it everyday since. This machine is super quiet and comfortable to use. Especially since I have a history of a bad back, the padded chair and back offers additional support. I am up to the highest resistance level. I only wish that the resistance level could go up a couple more notches than level 8, then I'd be very happy. But all in all, it's a great machine and completely affordable compared to the others I've seen. 45 minutes of peddling = 10 miles for me and it's given me good cardio and lower body exercise so far. I have yet to see the results. If you want upper body, I would recommend getting some weights to move your arms while peddling. I tried it in this combination for the first time today, and I feel it in upper body. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a a great and affordable recumbent exercise bike. You can thank me later, just kidding. Good luck with your search.

Took a long time to put together. Makes a clicking noise when in use. Some of the bolts have to be tightened after use otherwise the handles may fall off. The bolts that hold the foot pedals on get hot to touch after about 30 min of use. There are plastic shavings on the floor, not sure where they are coming from. Definitely would not purchase this again.

It wasn't fun to put together but I did it and I only needed my husband to help with the two largest bolts. I haven't had any problems with it so far and I believe I got it at a fair price.

I think the trainer is well built, not difficult to assemble, quiet, and overall great exercise. However, the arm exercisers are too far from the body of the unit. This requires that using them one has to assume an uncomfortable forward leaning position.

I'm a young woman and was able to put this together without any problems. Works great and I use it every day. Hope it continues to last.

Received item ok took it out of box and set it up. Did not work. Called company and talked to several different people. The electrical connections where glued making it impossible to check. They never seemed to understand that and kept wanting me to check connections. Finally gave up and friend and I took it back to local Wal Mart where they refunded my money less shilpping charges. I contacted Wal Mart home office asking for an explanation of why I had to pay shippinig on piece of junk that never worked. SURPRISE! I have never received E Mail or anything from Wal Mart home office. I guess they really needed my $19.97 shipping but that will cost them more than that when I quit shopping at Wal Mart. More over them not having decency to contact me than the money. Not even David can slay this Goliath.

This is a basic exercise bike and meets our expectations completely. Total value for money product.

As a novice walker, I wanted something that would tell me a little more than just the number of steps I walked. The Omron HJ-112 Premium Pedometer does just that and with accuracy. It calculates the number of walking\/running steps, calories burned, arobic steps taken, and total distance walked\/run for a 24 hour period. It then stores all the calculations in memory for a week, for easy comparisons and reference.

Got error code after third use. The company was willing to take it back, but who wants to pack the huge machine back up. I'm using it even though I get the error code every other day.

I was nervous deciding if I should buy this as I saw so many negative reviews. I have to speak for myself, I did get. I love it. It was easy to assemble less than 1\/2 an hour. I was able to stand right up on it, and I didn't even need a chair for balance. It is very quiet, and smooth. No jerky motions. It's like having an elliptical, a treadmill and an exercise bike all in one. I have bad knees from arthritis and I'm 35 yrs old and the first couple of days I felt it, but now I can go longer and no pain. My upper thighs and but are already showing improvements. Noticeable firming \"Yeah\" and I have only had it about 1 month and use it about 30 mins per day. Any one looking for low impact, exercise and a small compact exerciser I highly recommend this. I have not had any negative issues of any kind. Some mentioned noises, jerky motions or a broken peddle, not mine? I hope this is helpful. I found this very easy to use and less wear and tear on my joints compared to a stepper I used to have.

Yet another poor review because the treadmill I received was broken (framing). Ordered this back either in Nov or Dec 2012. My husband returned it to Wal Mart and they gave him store credit for the return of the item because I had initially purchased it with my credit card and he did not have that card on him. Since then the treadmill has been out of stock online, so now I have no treadmill (its been almost 6 months now) and a store credit card with about 600.00 of credit on it and I got the treadmill while it was on sale originally which Wal Mart did state they would give it to me for the sale price...we will see. All in all this has been a very frustrating experience. I will come back and write a review if I am ever able to order this product. Get it together Wal Mart.

No major complaints. It works great as a pull-up bar, definitely does NOT damage the door-frame or scratch the wall paint. It's not as great as a push-up assist, but that might be because my hands are too big and the handles dig into them. Overall pretty good.

This exercise bike needs two people to assemble. It took approx. one hour. Once assembled the bike rides smoothly and quietly. It is comfortable and easy to use. However, you would have to program the user portion of the bike if you want to create your own individual program. Besides that, this is a great bike and would recommend this.

This elliptical is nothing short of being sturdy and durable. I have owned this elliptical for over a year and it still holds up pretty good. I use it every morning and have seen great results on my buttocks. I have also lost over 70lbs!

I made a lot of research before buying this machine. I ordered few weeks ago and it came without any problems. It took me like 4 hours to assemble (I'm not a handy person). We put everything together no missing parts. I used the machine every day so far everything is working as expect.
