Put 4 of these on my 2003 Escape. Due to the age of this car, I wasn't looking for tires with a real high mile warranty.\nI search all over the internet and found these the best value for a BRAND NAME tire that can be warrantied pretty much anywhere should any problems arise (An important point for someone shopping tires. If you are out of town and you have a warrantied problem with some \"off brand\" tire... well now your are stuck#.\nIf you are going to purchase these, buy them on the internet and have them shipped \"Site- To Store\". There is no charge for freight and it took mine about 10 days to arrive at my local store. Also the price is a bit less than the \"in store\" price.\nLike one of the other reviewers, I was a bit concerned about the higher load rating but any difference is insignificant.\nI've put about 350 or so miles on these tires thus far. They corner nice, and also do well in rain and snow. The real test will be is to see how they perform after I have 30k+ miles on them.\nI would recommend these tires for anyone looking for a 60k mile tire.\nThe only drawback is that General started a rebate #$50. on a set of 4# about 10 days after I purchased these. Rebate is non- retroactive..... My Bad!

i bought these tires two years ago. I have 26000 miles on them and they are going to the shop to be prorated today. They have worn even, but have very little tread on them now...1/8". I rotate them religiously with oil changes. I'm a little disappointed in this tire.

I think these are the best tires I've had so far at any price and I probably buy a new set once a year. The price for these was a steal!!! Especially great 70,000 mile warranty.

Does anyone know what size rim this tire goes on?

June2012 brought 4 265\/70r\/17 28545 miles they are done.VERY POOR TIRE UTGQ 640 A-B this rating is worthless . This is under ideal conditions BULL --I drove every other week from AR. to TX good roads always check tire pressure rotate, this GRABBER TIRE is a JOKE. I have been driving this route for four years so I know how to maintain a truck. THIS TIRE IS WORTHLESS DO NOT BUY.. ITS NOT worth a star rating ---Maybe 1\/4 of a star.... (Tire manfactures are just like oil companys lets get as much profit as they can, screw the public they are dumm )

I have had this set of tires for six mouth now. they are the best tires I have ever got they work great in the snow and rain even on the flooded streets here in N.E Arkansas. get a set you will not be disappointed.

I purchased this tire, assuming it was the same tire pictured. It is not! This is false advertising! It is nothing like what it shows here.

Just had these tires installed two days ago, today we have one of those spring snowstorms......very impressed with how my truck handled on slick, slushy roads this morning. On dry roads yesterday smooth ride. Good value\nfor the money.

15,000 miles and they are down to the wear bars, i have a pair of firestones on the car also, the firestones had less than half tread on them when i got the Generals, now the firestones have more tread on them than the generals. i have rotated every 5,000 miles, but at 15K i cant rotate i have to replace. WARNING DONT BUY THESE TIRES. 70,000 mile tire bulls***.

A good overall tire. Nice ride, low noise and good wet\/ dry handling.\nCornering is also good. Very hard to feel a difference between\nAltimax HP and Michelin MXV4+ on my Volvo. Altimax was $45 less\nper tire at time of purchase. Tires were adequate in 3-4\" snow with\nfull tread depth, and much better than the MXV4+ tire.\nNow useless in the snow with 5\/32\" tread left. I would\npurchase again if I lived in a non-snowy state.

These are same as the Grabber HTS model for the most part. They ride very nice are great in the snow and on wet pavement. They are decent on ice and treadlife has been good so far. I was happy with how smooth they rode and and they are so quiet even in my 20\" wheels I cant hear them. A friend of mine had some expensive tires one his truck and when the first snow came we went and tested them out and I seemed to get around just as well as he did. I approve this tire.

I special ordered in a set of 4 - 205\/75\/15 tires for a Suzuki SideKick JX I had just purchased 2nd hand. These tires are great on the highway, very quiet, but they perform very well in mud & snow. I had heard many good things about them in several other forums which between that & a very reasonable price lead me to purchase them. I look forward to riding on them for many, many miles!

Great tires for the price. They made it through a Colorado winter with no problems and the ride is very comfortable.
