I ordered a CD to give to a friend as a gift. When I went to pick it up after an unusually long time, the case of the CD was all cracked. They made me get into another line in the front of the store to return it. wasted a lot of time. now I need to go find another gift. .

I do enjoy about 95% of Michael Buble's CD's. I would consider that I have about the same impression of this Christmas CD. There are some songs that are either a bit too Jazzy or muffled sounding for my taste. But all and all, it is a pretty good CD.
