My purpose for buying this product was to provide a product to store for \"earthquake preparedness\". Also to have on hand in case I ran out of the goat milk I normally drink. Cereal needs milk. This one has the real milk fat, like whole milk. I haven't tried the lo-fat version yet. But I don't like lo-fat anything. It's like kissin' your sister. Blah. Know what? I like this stuff. Easy to whip up too. I have a Braun stick blender and keep a gallon jug of cold water in the fridge. It disappears quickly when making a gallon, and is pricier than real milk. Takes only 5 minutes. As far as price is concerned, Walmart again beats the competition. Go look on Amazon an see what some vendors want. They will kill you with shipping. I bought a couple of cases here and got it shipped free. And wow! I ordered it one day, it was here the next. This, of course, will work for babies. So if you have some babies in your corral, I'd say get'cha some before the cows are all gone.
