I am on second one of these fans.. and after Walmart.com send me this one.. I am giving up.. I didnt even started it and I can already see small plastic pieces falling off or out of the fan... When it works its strong and quiet fan.. but quality of this thing is simply TERRIBLE! VERY DISAPPOINTED HERE!
I ordered this fan for my bedroom because it has a remote control and because of it's 16 in fan size. When we finially got it together which was an undertaking by itself, with screws that wouldn't screw in straight, it was very wobbly and poorly made. It is also a really short fan and barely the height of my mattress. On high it doesn't put out much air and you can't feel it if it is too far away at all. It looks like something you would buy ifrom a dollar store for $10.00. It is going back to Wal-Mart tomorrow! Don't waste your money on it!
We are very pleased with this humidifier. We use filtered drinking water and get no build up of deposits that many others have complained about. With each refill the sleeve gets rinsed with clean water, but there seems to be nothing to rinse off. It really operates better than we anticipated.
This heater is in our small bedroom and heats wonderful. I really like that I can set it at a certain temp and it won't run unless it goes below that temp in the room. I bought 2 different types of heaters from a different store that were bigger, thinking they would heat better. Not only do the not heat better one has already stopped working, so I will be replacing it with one of these.
The best best fan I have ever owned by far meets expectations, very fast shipping with 97 cent shipping got the fan in two days I would recommend this fan for anyone looking to keep cool
Since I bought this specifically to hang on a wall, the fact that there is absolutely no way to do this made the whole purchase a waste of time. It's a nice looking fan, but useless if you plan on trying to put it on a wall. Returned it.
I was expecting something that would blow a little heat. You have to be sitting directly in front of this one to feel anything. Just not quite what I was hoping for in my cold work space.
Needed a fan for white noise at night. Was a nice looking fan. Motor ran well. However, a screw on the fan mount was stripped and rattled when turned on. Had to return to store. Waiting on next one to arrive. Will give it another try.
I like it for the most part, but the one drawback so far that I found was that it does not put out very much moisture. On the plus side that is that much less that I have to fill the tank. I do however like how it's nice and quiet. Overall a good value but rather than being able to cover a 600 sq. ft. room like it states, I would say it's more like a maximum of 400 sq. ft. room primarily due to its low output.
I usually don’t use the word “perfect” when I write a review. However, this little guy exceeded our expectations. We needed something small for our daughter’s room that has a small footprint wasn’t loud, and most of all cooled the room. The fan that was in there was a standard table fan that was more expensive than this one and was so crazy loud at any speed that she couldn’t fall asleep. We chose this one because of all the features you get at this price point. It is quiet on all three speeds. The oscillation feature works well and is silent. The timer is an awesome feature. We can set it for 4 hours at bed time which gives time for room to cool down and then turns off before it gets too cold. And best of all….it blows cold. I think we will be buying more of these.
We purchased this humidifier for our family room because our old one broke. This new one has a safety switch on it! Our old one did not. The switch is on the mechanical side and should connect with the water container. It doesn't.
The only way I could get it to run was to prop up either side with a piece of cork (take your pick), so the switch will connect with the water container. Other than that, it works fine.
Although I have central air, I use a table fan to sleep comfortably on the 2nd floor during warm weather. The low setting is perfect during the night. The fan is quiet at that setting, but I would like it to be even quieter.
I love the design, its easy to fill, but I have had to replace it three times within 90 days. The last one I got made a terrible noise when you turned it on, but it would stop after a minute or two. I decided to deal with it because it was producing a good mist.....until yesterday. That makes four in 6 months. Now its not working at all. I am frustrated, to say the least, then trying to get them to replace it, because I bought a two year warranty is ridiculous. I called the number, it gave to put in a claim and they advised I needed to file it in on line. I entered all the information and then it tells me I have to call the manufacturer. These arent cheap either. They can take a flying leap!!!!! My mom paid $25. for a humidifier one a year ago, works great. The only reason I put up with it this long is the design is easy to fill and when (or if) works it did put out a great mist. I thought paying more I would get a better quality. You dont always get what you pay for.
