The product photo makes this look like a nice, trusted quality product. When I purchased it online and opend the plain brown box, I was surprised to see for plastic wrapped bundles of pads inside. There was NO BRAND NAME wrapping as in the product photo. No info or facts. No Made in the USA. No mention that this was a product for pets. No mention that it attracts pets. NOTHING!!!!! Just a plain brown box with four bundles of poor-looking quality pads. Thin cotton on a sheet of thin plastic. Not thick or very absorbent looking. I doubt I will ever buy these again.\n\nAdvice to Walmart and the Manufacturer: Product should at least ship in retail packaging so I know I received the product I ordered! AS an example, how would you feel if you ordered a box of Captain Crunch and you opened the plain brown sshipping box only to find a clear bag of no name cereal that resembled Captain Crunch with no info, ingredients or mfg. info? Get my point????
these are really small.. I measured and weighed my dog, so they should have fit, but they did not.\n\n25lb puppy with an 18 waist. They were too small.

Compared to others these are a good value. I have tried many different brands and these are very absorbent and dry quickly.\n\nThe only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that some of the pads in the package are not up to par. Out of the 50 pack, I would say that about 7 should never have been included due to quality control issues. Part of those pads are missing the absorbent padding. They are still usable provided your dog goes on the other 3\/4 part of the pad.
Cheaper than Petco and delivers just as well. Sometimes I find one of the diapers has a tab missing but overall will buy this product vs. the price at Petco and it works just as well.
I've used these in the past, they're a good quality but I also ordered another brand to do a comparison and 100 of these cost more then 200 of the other and the other was of a good quality so I returned these.
I read all the reviews and decided to go ahead and purchase this because the one in store was 14.88. It's exactly as I expected. It's not too small and it fits snuggly in a corner out of site. You can order the pads for $9 and\/or use newspaper, either way it doesn't leave a lingering odor.
When I first bought the Blue Ribbon pads they arrived in the packaging that's pictured in this ad.\nThey worked just as the labeling said. Absorbed, no leaks, odor control. What a great price for so many pads. I bought the 200 package.\n\nI'm writing this review to forewarn anyone who's thinking of trying the 100 count first.\nDON'T do it!\nShortly after I started buying the 200 count, the next re-order arrived with the pads in clear plastic wraps. None of the fancy Blue Ribbon packaging you see in the ad.\nNo problem, they worked fine that first time.\nGradually every re-order has resulted in a poorer and poorer quality product. Sometimes the color of the plastic (that backs the padding) was a different color. White or tan.\nNow, the last order I received is indeed the last order I'll ever make for this brand.\n\nThey leak! And it doesn't take that much fluid to make that happen. And there is NO odor control. Gad's the smell of dog tinkle to awaken to when you think these pads are working overnight is enough to make you gag. It certainly makes the nose burn!\n\nI think this manufacturer is Walmart. Or someone they're hiring. They've lost the quality they started out with and it's degraded in a period of a year to what is no better than would be a newspaper on your floor.\n\nGreat price for the 200 count. But you're not going to get your money's worth when your floor is soaked!

GREAT VALUE
GREAT HOUSEBREAKING PADS FOR THE PRICE. THESE LAST MY DOG FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS. I HAVE A 12LB SHIH TZU THESE ARE THE PERFECT SIZE. SHE GETS A TREAT EVERYTIME SHE USES HER PAD SO IF YOU HAVE A SMALL DOG MIGHT LAST YOU LONGER. MY DOG GOES TO HER PAD A LOT SO SHE CAN GET A TREAT.
Not wort the money and so do not waste it. Unless, your pup is tiny you will use one every time the pup does his business. Thought i would try them since I got them on a gift card I received. they are very thin so does not soak up well. Also size is for a pup or dog no bigger than 3 or 5 pounds. I will go back to what I have purchased in the past. Thanks
