I'm very pleased with this jacket, and the price. I shopped around a lot before buying it. Nice color and it's warm. Has good pockets and a good hood. What's not to like?
Bought these Henley's for hubby....he stretches the crew neck ones. Material feels great and breathable. Should be lightweight enough for summer. Had to reorder for L instead of XL only since he lost weight....not due to their sizing. I was hoping the Sand color was a lighter shade for the summer, but it's still a good color. Just hate when the company has to put their logo on an item. Could do without the \"Walls\" tag on the side of the pocket! Overall, great buy for the money. Hope they wash well and don't shrink.
I live in the Bay Area and I ride my bicycle every day after work. I found that sometime it is difficult to see bicycle riders if they dressed in black. So I want other drivers to see me when I ride my bicycle. I was shopping around the local industrial supply stores and found their safety vests are rather flimsy and the reflective stripes are not too good, plus they are either snap button or Velcro front. I went to Walmart.com and saw this vest and also read the reviews and bought the vest.\n\nI am very happy with the purchase because it was much better than I expected and others I have seen. The material is medium grade polyester and the REFLECTIVE stripes are made of 3M reflective fabric and brightly visible when light shined on it. I also like the zipper front and the three pockets. One of the pockets is on the inside with Velcro so I keep my wallet in there when riding.\n\nThe size is generous so a bit loose. It is cold here so I wear two layers and a large hooded sweatshirt as a third layer, then the vest outside and it was still a bit loose. The vest I bought was Men Medium. Consider I normally wear men Large. The reason that I ordered the Medium size was because I already saw the sizes at the industrial supply stores so I knew they made them BIG!\n\nThe vest is made by \"Walls Work Wear\". Well made!
I ordered this coat for my husband. The tag said men's tall size large. I made sure the dimensions were right on the size chart before i ordered it. When we received the coat and my husband tried it on, and it was way to small. The waist did not even reach the belly button area. Sad to say very disappointed.
owned for one week. they were worm while they lasted. the left leg zipper broke. well worht the $70 i spent on them. coworker worned me not the buy WALLS and just spend the money on CARHARTT. now im kicking my seft in the butt for not listing to him im stuck with the broken ones and now have to spend the money again on CARHARTTS.can not retun to walmart because they have been worn
I'm 6'1" 217 lbs with broad shoulders and these fit great with dickeys carpenter pants on and a tee shirt, can wear a heavy sweat shirt easily.Just picked these up a walmart sorry can't give you a review on how warm they are but I will bet the farm on these being toasty. They were 64.00 bucks in navy size xl tall 46-48.I will be buyng the tan color in the future.good luck
I ordered two Walls henley pocket Tees. One of the shirts was a regular t-shrit. The actual Henley shirt that I *did* order was made out of polyester, not cotton. That's not Walmart's fault. I took the regular t-shirt to my local Walmart and got my money back.\nAs for the polyester henley, that fabric is horrible and I think Walls is making a big mistake by turning what was an excellent shirt into garbage. In the future, I'll check to see if the shirts are actual cotton.\nI give this a \"fair' review because Walmart took the shirt back with not problems. I'm mostly disappointed with Walls' decision to ruin this shirt.
I know 2XL size clothing..this is not one....had to try 4 members of family to find someone who would fit into the Walls jacket....,, never ever again will walmart fool me into ordering on line and if not for prices, I would never shop anything again at walmart stores...at least the food dept has no sizing problems, YET! I was screwed !!!!!!!!!!
After shopping around for a nice set of overalls, I decided to go with the Walls brand bibs. I had priced a few pairs of Carhartt bibs at around $80-$130, and decided that was too much. I tried on the Walls brand bibs and found that they almost fit me like they made them for me. I am 5'11'' and weigh about 240, and the 2XL length and waist size is perfect. At the bottom near the heel is a nylon guard that keeps you from tearing up the bottoms if you walk on them. Also, the nylon doesn't hold as much water as the rest of the material, so you dont get water crawling up your pants inside. This is a nice touch that Carhartt doesn't have. Also, when wearing a pair of jeans underneath, these keep you pretty warm in cold weather.
Overall, I would recommend these to anybody that will be outside in the cold for any period of time. They wick away snow and water, and keep you warm while keeping you dry. And at half the cost of Carhartt, you can't go wrong.
If you usually get Carrharts or are thinking about getting one, definitely get this instead! It's super warm, is waterproof, is pretty comfortable, and looks really nice.\n\nThe ONLY complaint I have about this jacket is I got a large and it was super small on me !! And I'm a short guy!! Definitely get at least 1 size bigger, and if you're tall even the sleeves on this one might be too short for you.
I bought these for my husband. I was thinking it would be a heavy high quality material. It is not. The fit is tight also. We live in Floida so he hasn't tried them yet
