Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. Typically, they will deliver within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Your tires may arrive in multiple shipments. While they are shipped together from our warehouse, they can be split into separate deliveries due to FedEx weight limits and safe shipping requirements. This means it’s normal if you receive only part of your order (for example 3 tires first and the remaining 1 or 2 later). The rest is still on the way.

No. We only sell tires. Rims and wheels are not included.

Unfortunately, tires that have been mounted or installed cannot be returned. Once installed, the tire is considered to have undergone a condition change and is no longer eligible for return due to industry safety standards.

No. The maximum PSI listed on the tire sidewall indicates the highest safe pressure the tire can hold, not the recommended operating pressure for your vehicle. For the correct tire pressure: 1. Check the sticker inside the driver’s side door jamb 2. Refer to your vehicle owner’s manual Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s recommended PSI for the best performance, safety, and tire wear.

This depends on the model. Tires with the 3PMSF (Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake) symbol are certified for severe snow conditions. Tires without the 3PMSF symbol are typically considered all-season tires and are generally suitable for light snow only.

Yes. The Mastertrack UN203 includes a full nylon overlay on select 15-inch and 16-inch sizes for added durability and performance.

No. Mastertrack tires are not designed to be used with studs.
