I received communications all along the line about my order and where it was and when I would receive it. The only criticism I have is that the little piece of tape that was used to secure the cap to the bottle didn't do what it was supposed to do. They probably need to put two pieces of tape on to make sure that the cap stays secured during shipping. Otherwise it was beautifully packed, and arrived in great condition.
