I placed an order for Caribou coffee six weeks ago. I received an Email on October 18 telling me the order was delivered. I have a tracking number from UPS showing the order was delivered to an.animal Hospital instead of my home address with the order was supposed to go. The seller continues to tell me that I have a faulty tracking number and states the correct tracking number shows it being delivered to my address. They refused to give me his so-called correct tracking number they have. They refused to send me a replacement as I have yet to receive the original item. They refused to reimburse me the cost of the item I have yet to receive. They just keep telling me that I have a faulty tracking number and theyand states the correct tracking number shows it being delivered to my address. This is absolute incorrect information and they are doing nothing to rectify the problem.

I never received product and they said it was delivered. I have ring doorbell and it records all delivery and there wasn’t one. I ask for refund or replacement and I have not heard back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIRNIA TRADE INC.
