when I received this item today it was completely different than the product on the website. AS A MATTER OF FACT, IT'S THE EXACT SAME ONE I PURCHASED FROM TEMU. IT WAS THE MOST AWFUL TOY IEVER PURCHASED. I TRIED TO DO A RETURN AT WALMART AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER. SO I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND EXPLAIN THE ISSUE BUT THEY'RE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS UP TO WALMART. AND THAT IS TRUE I DID PURCHASE THE ITEM ON WALMART WEBSITE HOWEVER EVEN THOUGH WALMART DELIVERED IT I PURCHASED IT FROM XOPLAY -US. I FIND THAT APPALLING HOW THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SEND ME NOT TO MENTION THE BOX WAS DAMAGED AND A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT AND I EVEN HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT I WISH I COULD UPLOAD IT AND SHOW YOU BUT NEVER REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU'RE ON WALMART AND YOU'RE PURCHASING SOMETHING FROM A THIRD PARTY AND YOU SEE EXO PLAY AS THE THIRD PARTY SELLER PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE,
