Upon receiving the sprinkler, the product proved defective and I returned it. The seller accused me of returning a different item. This accusation is not only false but also baseless, as I had photographic evidence proving the model number matched exactly what was initially sent to me.
Furthermore, the seller overstepped privacy boundaries by using my personal information, sourced from my purchase, to look me up and contact me through my personal website. This is not only highly unprofessional but also a violation of Walmart's seller policies and U.S. Consumer Privacy Laws.
The seller also made personal references about my accomplishments gleaned inappropriately from the internet, which was both irrelevant and creepy. Their communication was filled with personal appeals and unprofessional accusations, all designed to intimidate and guilt-trip, which is unacceptable in any transaction.
I have reported this seller to both Walmart and OtO for their misconduct and breach of policies. Potential buyers should be wary of this seller’s unethical practices and the potential for receiving
defective items. The hassle involved in dealing with this seller’s accusations and privacy violations seriously undermine any potential benefits of dealing with them.
