I don't appear to have an easy link to start an online return via the Walmart website. I just reached out to Holiday Gifts Express so I don't know how they will respond. The low rating currently is for selling faulty equipment.

This seller is very slow and after almost a month waiting I still haven't received my refund. The sent me an item I needed a week after it was supposed to be delivered. I lost an important job because of it. I never even opened the box and sent it back. I ordered it on Feb 25th, was supposed to get it on Mar 1st. I didn't get it until Mar 5th. I sent it back on the 6th. They received it on the 16th. They didn't START processing the refund until today. Now I'm told it's going to be 10 more days until I receive a refund! I had to take out a loan in order to survive that is due today! What do you expect out of New York anyway? I'm never buying anything from there or them again! Take that to the bank!
