Well first they offered silly excuses like my neighbors might have received then requested pictures of items and barcode which I provided then offered me 25% refund and I could keep the unwanted beach bags. When I rejected their offer they then offered 70 % plus keeping unwanted items. I rejected offer and requested return label still waiting for response. I think I am ready to turn over to my financial institution what a hassle very disappointed and dissatisfied.
