Fantastic seller. Delivered as promised. Would do business with again. We just ended up not needing it as we installed a stair lift instead.

It worked 1-day and has stopped working. I called support - they said they would call back and I am still waiting for that call....... I need to find out how to return it

Shipment arrived 3 days later than stated when ordered. Thankfully we were able to get the injured person (who this chair was for) in to the house by other means - but I was not too happy so late! However, the packaging was excellent and the chair itself is so top notch in quality and function that I could not stay too upset! Thank you for supplying such a high quality product! It has helped us a lot!

Easy to put together and so far seems took stairs ok. Not sure the strength one needs to operate it with someone in it. Hoping anyway it will work in an emergency if needed

Don't buy this chiller.Its a piece of junk.Ive been through 2 of them and they both didnt last 1 months Customer service is non existent. They won't refund your money,they just keep sending new ones that break in a month.Worst purchase of my life!

initial order went fine. Currently trying to deal with customer support to get a replacement...

There's no communication. We've tried the company for it, we've tried Walmart and no one is there to help us return it or maybe just try to figure out why it works.

I haven't had a need to contact the seller, but the item was shipped quickly.
