Fantastic customer service and a great overall experience. The laptop I received was in very good condition, exactly as described in the listing, which made the initial purchase feel reassuring and professional. During the busy Thanksgiving shopping period, it arrived with 8 GB of RAM instead of the 16 GB I had ordered, a time when many retailers are handling a very high volume of orders. I contacted the seller, explained the mistake, and asked not only for the missing 8 GB but also an extra 8 GB (for a total of 24 GB), offering to pay the difference. They responded within 48 hours and generously shipped the full 16 GB of additional RAM at no extra cost, so I ended up with 24 GB instead of the original 16 GB configuration. This gesture went above and beyond my expectations and turned a small error into an outstanding customer experience.

The shipping Box arrived in perfect condition, what was inside should have been parted out or recycled, I attempted contacting the seller no response left messages. The seller could have solved the issues, but one is left with feeling the seller could care less.

Poor communication from seller. Item sent was not as described. Advertised as touch-screen device, which was a requirement for my application, received non-touch version. The idea of a partial refund was offered by seller initially, but no numerical value was attached to the offer. Additional attempts to determine refund amount have been ignored. Stay away from this seller.
