Reached out to seller, and they did reply but merely stated they hadn’t received any complaints. I even asked them if they had on hand and could check before mailing out a replacement, if I ordered a replacement one so they wouldn’t keep wasting money on shipping back and forth, and they just said they had them on hand but didn’t say they would go through them.
