It was very upsetting my grandson loved it. The only thing is that the bat was broken? And of course they didn’t keep the box so I guess I can’t return it.

Item arrive broken. Feet and stand and voicebox broken . Needed more secure wrap(bubble wrap) or paper on both ends of the box. This bobblehead was purchased for a co-worker who was so sad to hear if Mr Whitlocks passing. What is your replacement/refund policy?

I sent response through Walmart (website I bought from) about the item being broken. Got an automated response saying collectbobbles will reach back in 48 hours. Almost a week later, no response. Will never buy from these guys again!

they where sent a message that they sent me the wrong Bobble head they sent me Bell's Bobble head and never answered the e-mail that was sent to them Walmart took care of it for me thank you Walmart will never order from seller IJEBLLC
