Iphone 14pro item listed as "like new" and "refurbished" but the phone arrived with deep scratches all over the screen and camera lenses, as well as dirt/dried white fluid on the side of the phone. This indicates that that this phone is neither refurbished nor is it like new. On a grading scale, this phone would be maybe a 3/10. Lets see how the return process goes.

Purchased an iPhone 14 online and was unable to get it activated even though it was claimed to be unlocked. Turned out to be a nightmare when attempting to activate new phone, I lost service to my old phone…for 3 days before I could get it reactivated. In the meantime initiated a return of the iPhone 14 and was given the option to return it to the closest store, which I did. Got a refund for the case I bought for it immediately but still haven’t received a refund for the phone. Pretty sure someone at the West Burlington Walmart took it instead of sending it back to the seller. Now I’m spending my days trying to recover over 300$ from Walmart. My advice is to never purchase this type of item from a discount store. Buyer Beware!
