the description of the product was not anything like the products condition and it not the first time according to the reviews it said refurbished like new it was not you could clearly see the frame of the Phone was completely worn out as far as the paint was missing and someone clearly tried to paint over it and got overspray on the back glass not that that phone is not acceptable. It would be fine if the speaker was working properly everything wrong with it other than that was cosmetic. The buttons work fine. The screen worked great. The battery life was 80%, and the price was good if the description was accurate, and the speaker was working correctly and did not sound distorted. I would've been happy with the phone if described as in fair condition but when described as like new, I feel like I had other options that I could've considered and that they wasted my time, knowing that the product was not in the condition they were selling it as as far as the speaker not working or sounding distorted I thought they did rigorous testing did not take me very long to figure out that the speaker sounded horrible
