the ahipping was awful. they are bottles of shampoo/conditioner for our little ones cradle cap. inatrad of being shipped in a box with some padding g, it was in a gallon size baggie, in another shipping bag. No protection . whem i got it tje conditioner broken and was all ovef in the ziplock baggie
