Pearls are great for small serving toppers, snacks, stuffing in chicken with sauce or gravy and my favorite salads! I make sliced Roma tomatoes and Pearls Italian Salad. Dice six large Roma's, one package of pearls, chopped or dried basil 1/2 teasp, 1/2 teasp oregano, 2- Tabelspoons extra virgin Olive oil and 2- Tablespoons of balsamic vinager. Mix, chill and enjoy.
