I mostly use this on Salmon when I make it, Salmon is not my favorite fish, however this sauce makes it amazing, I use it both at times before I air fry it with this as a glaze or after, a little goes a long way. used it on Brussels sprouts the other day and they were amazing......try it you may love it like I do.

I love this sauce. I have been getting it to put in our bento meals. It has less viscosity than other sauces which is perfect for what I want it for. It would be good on hamburgers and wings, but we have it with smokies and bento meats. The soy flavor is great.

This is by far the best brand of flavorful sauces I've tried and I've invested money on trying sauces. I like to explore worldwide flavors. It's not spicy (Im Hispanic and have severe GERD now that I'm 40 ), not too salty. It's Asian inspired without the sodium overload.
