Superior taste

Compared to other commonly used flours Wheat Montana flour tastes fresher and more wholesome. I was surprised the first time I baked banana bread with it because of the superior flavor. Tastes much better than any of the other basic flours I've used.

Good packaging

I order flour from Walmart by mail. The other brands come in paper bags that split and fill the shipping box with loose flour. This brand comes in a much better package - never seems to split or break, so no flour wasted. That's mainly why I buy this brand. It is just as good as other major brands like Gold Medal or King Arthur, and less wasteful.

Love oh it

This is a very good product. I fried chicken and I like it taste butter, but I'm trying to get off the flower cake altogether. I like cornstarch baking powder a lot mix in yellow might use flower but trying to get all my chicken pork chop so hopefully I'll go vegan on the way but if I do, I feel better
