MidwayUSA Men's Elk Fork Bibs Realtree Max-1 XT Camo 3XL

I bought these bibs as well as the parka, reviewed at that product page. The bibs I ordered in XL size. I am 6'1" tall and weigh 230 lbs. I wear pants size 38" waist and 32" leg length. These are a perfect fit for me. One thing I hate about most bibs I have tried on locally is that they are way too long. My friends say "just roll them up". I'm not doing that. These are just the right length for me and are warm. The front zipper and leg zippers are generous, and the suspenders are nice and strong. For about $200 I got parka and bibs - a great deal!

I purchased the Prairie Creek softshell pants and jacket for midseason hunts and to act as a layering unit for late season.They are warm and durable. They are quiet enough to use bowhunting. I also purchased the Elk Fork bib and Parka set to use when the temperatures fall below 40 and to use over the softshell set when temps drop into the 20s. The Elk Fork set does seem to be a little noisier than the Prairie Creek Softshell set but still quiet enough for bow season. All products performed well in their respective temperature ranges. Both sets did shed a light rain but I haven't used them in anything above that as I strictly bowhunt and wont hunt with a lot of rain coming in. I'm 6' 0" tall and around 150 pounds with a long torso. I purchased all pieces in Large Tall. The fit is slightly looser on the Elk Fork set but pairs well for layering with the softshell set. All pieces are well made and easy to move around in. My only con is that the Prairie Creek softshell jacket doesn't have a 2-way main zipper to ease bunching when sitting down. Is it a deal breaker....not in the least as I can easily adjust to achieve a more comfortable position. But it would be a great addition to the line that I'm sure everyone would appreciate. I love Midway USA clothing lines. And at half the price (more if you catch them on sale) of other Brand name lines with comparable performance and durability. You can bet Midway USA will be seeing plenty more of my business in the future.
