I've been taking these for 38 years and because they're keeping me healthy and vibarant, i'll never take any other vitamins out there. I've looked at the ingredients of other store shelf vitamins and these contain more of everything. If it's working, don't stop!

These multi vitamins have good ingredients and are easy to swallow. My doctor recommends that I do not take a supplement for iron as my iron is quite high so these are perfect. The only thing that I don't like is the smell. I try not to breathe when I'm taking them. Also I like to eat some food when I take them instead of on an empty stomach. For the most part I am very happy with these vitamins.

A good effective multivitamin formula
As the manufacturer recommends, "One daily," and that's really all it takes for me to feel more energized and less depressed as an old man. When I skip a day, I can definitely feel the downside in body and mind. Call it psychological, but I believe it is not. Either with iron or without, both Twinlab products make me feel better overall. I have a swallowing problem, so the capsule makes it easy and safer. Gelatin capsule has no taste and that's what I like. A good number of key vitamins and minerals have more than enough to keep me feeling pretty good through much of the day. No stomach problems have been experienced in many years of using this brand of multivitamins. The seller may substitute three bottles of 60 each rather than the 180-count (plastic) bottle but the expiration date has been at least 1-1/2 to 2 years away. Some online companies will send you this product with less than 6 months from the expiration date, but the last two orders have been pretty fresh. And they don't sit on my order for days. A good solid buy for a better-quality multivitamin that fulfills my expectations.
