i love how it helps with folic acid especially if you only have part of the gene that connects to folic acid and how your body produces it, this helps so much, i'm really glad that my doctors recommended it (wasn't mandatory) and the good part is it's over the counter, i got mine off tje walmart app, the store might have it bur i couldn't find it in store's, mine specifically was on the app, (the brand), i highly recommend this!
