Please note that warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing on receipt of the Spa. Any issues with the control unit are covered for 12 months, subject to using the spa correctly. The Shell has 6 months warranty and will be replaced if it has a puncture due to a manufacturing fault. However, we are not responsible for any damage or failure caused by use or improper use. For any warranty claim, please contact our after service care team, we suggest you send videos or fault pictures to our service mailbox and with your product details, so that our service team can help you in a timely and efficient way. Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided and due to hygiene reasons if Spa’s need to be returned, they must be returned cleaned & dry, then pack carefully according to the original packaging to ensure that all accessories are complete (if they are complete). After receiving the returned package, RELXTIME service center will check the product to confirm the validity of the refund. regardless of the type of the warranty claim. Please note if the spa has to be returned to the after service company, then within one month of purchase the courier cost will be paid by the after service company, if after one month the customer will need to send the spa to them. Failure to follow instructions provided with the Spa, will void the warranty. Please note that damage / rips & tears to the material are not covered however a repair kit is included and replacement repair kits are available online.

The hot tub is exactly as stated... it is a two-person hot tub and will fit no more than two people which is what we wanted. I like the shape because it fits perfectly and since it's not round it doesn't take up unnecessary space on our deck. I like the lights. They look beautiful at night and I like the fact that they change color. The heat stays relatively steady while in use. The only issue I'm currently having is that it seems to be losing water overnight, which I'm going to have to troubleshoot with the manufacturer, but other than that I'm very happy with it. if I can get that issue resolved, I will change my review to a five-star review.
