I recently lost almost total hearing in my left ear. I found this to be very troubling as I like to listen to stereo music through my headphones. Suddenly, all I could hear was monotone in one ear only. So when I learned about these bone conductive headphones for about $20, I thought what do I have to lose, so I ordered them. After using them now for about a week, I am blown away. Pairing them with my cell phone was almost automatic. I turned on my phone to the pairing mode and then I pressed the on button on the headphones and suddenly I was listening to my favorite music in stereo sound on YouTube music premium. Just a few moments before, I had been listening through my headphones to what seemed like monotone. But, when I started listening to these new headphones I was hearing in stereo again. Wow! These headphones do not fit into the ear hole in any way. Rather, they have a small vibrating contact which sets on the bone near each ear which delivers the sound through vibration. Some people may find this disconcerting, but I have no problem with it. I found the quality of the base tones a little lacking but not to the point that it becomes bothersome. As for the rest of the sound scale, I found them to be quite good. I am really pleased with the value of this little instrument as opposed to the price that I paid. For my purposes, I highly recommend them.

These are great for me. I run by myself and always wear just one earphone so I can hear the traffic and these are great, I can hear everything and my audiobooks. The sound quality is great, I can't comment on the music.
