The product came in 3 days after ordering which is really quick. upon opening the box i thought the base and hardware were all missing but after careful inspection I found them all inside the back of the chair zip up an packed nicely. installation was simply following the diagram with the tool provided. seems very sturdy when sat on.

This chair seat area is more comfortable than it looks, only wish is that the top back rest head area was a little wider. The tilt adjustment knob is in the middle of the seat making it hard to adjust, should be more towards the front of the seat to make it easy to adjust. but all in all, it is a solid chair. i would recommend it. as you can see my cat likes it also.
